What’s Covered?

  • Hardware defects that occur during warranty period under normal conditions and normal use.
  • Replacement parts as needed to correct a defect.
  • Repair of the product at our service center.

What’s not covered or provided

  • Defects or damage due to buyer neglect or abuse.
  • Correction of software viruses, operating system corruption and user installed software.
  • Recovery of lost data.
  • Incompatibility of 3rd party software or hardware.
  • Minor cosmetic defects from previous use that do not affect performance.
  • Buyer’s remorse.
